LAKE LOUISE/SKOKI LODGE SAFETY ASSURANCE
Updated March 5, 2022.
We've always taken pride in sharing this beautiful place with you, and the Lake Louise/Skoki Lodge Safety Assurance is our commitment to our guests and staff's well-being. Our safety protocols are in place for guests and staff at Skoki Lodge to ensure everyone stays well and enjoys their backcountry lodge experience.
We have enhanced cleaning protocols at all guest and staff touchpoints to ensure our sanitization procedures exceed current Alberta Health Services guidance and industry standards.
Cleaning supplies will be provided in each room or cabin to allow guests to keep their areas disinfected.
High touch surfaces, dining areas, kitchen, and outhouses will be sanitized on a scheduled basis.
Guests will need bring their own footwear for use around the lodge and between the lodge / cabins. Footwear should have grip suitable for outdoor travel. No crocs or hut boots please.
Skoki staff will not enter guest rooms or cabins while occupied unless repairs or maintenance are required.
Breakfast and dinner meals will be individually plated, and lunch will be prepared and bagged by Skoki staff.
All guests will eat in the lower level of the lodge, and each room or cabin will have a designated table.
Drink service will be provided to each table.
Afternoon tea and charcuterie will also be prepared separately for each room by Skoki staff.
Tables may be pushed together to allow multiple rooms to dine together if requested. Please make the reservation staff aware of your request at check-in so the information can be relayed to the lodge.
